Terms of Service
By clicking AGREE, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms of Service provided by Quick Spin Plus Inc.:
Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding laundry preferences, allergies, or special care needs.
Pick-up and delivery times are scheduled in advance. Missed pick-ups without notice may incur a fee.
Turnaround time for laundry service is typically 24 hours unless otherwise communicated.
Payment is due at the time of order or delivery unless other arrangements are made.
All payments must be made online through the Quick Spin Plus Inc. website. No cash payments will be accepted.
Quick Spin Plus Inc. is not responsible for items left in pockets or for garments that are damaged due to manufacturer defects or improper labeling.
All claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
All laundry must be placed in a proper laundry bag. If the customer does not provide a laundry bag, a $5 laundry bag fee will apply.
Whites must be separated from colored items. Quick Spin Plus Inc. does not wash whites with colors.
All pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
The base laundry service rate is $1.25 per pound.
Orders must meet a minimum weight of 15 pounds.
Use of Quick Spin Plus detergent incurs an additional charge of $3.99 per order.
A standard service fee of $1.99 will be added to all orders.
Applicable state taxes will also be included in the final invoice.
All pickups must be scheduled in advance. Customers must have laundry ready and accessible at the designated pickup time.
If the driver arrives and the laundry is not available, a missed pickup fee of $7 may apply.
If you need to reschedule a pickup, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance to avoid this fee.
Quick Spin Plus Inc. is a pickup and delivery laundry service. Customers do not drop off laundry at the facility.
Laundry will be returned to the address provided at scheduling. If no one is home, we will follow the delivery instructions provided.
If no secure drop-off location is available and the customer cannot be reached, a redelivery fee of $7 may apply.
At Quick Spin Plus, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our services, we are committed to addressing your concerns and providing a resolution.
Items are lost or damaged during the laundry process.
The quality of service does not meet our stated standards (e.g., items are not cleaned or folded properly).
A pickup or delivery error occurs due to our fault.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your items. Be prepared to provide:
A detailed explanation of the issue.
Supporting photos (if applicable).
Proof of payment or your order confirmation.
Based on the situation, we may offer the following resolutions:
Full or partial refund.
Complimentary re-cleaning of the affected items.
Credit toward future services.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Issues caused by improper labeling or care instructions on garments.
Personal dissatisfaction with a specific scent, detergent, or softener unless otherwise stated in your preferences.
Errors or damages resulting from the use of customer-provided cleaning products.
By clicking AGREE, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Terms of Service and Refund Policy outlined above.
Customers who enroll in a subscription plan will receive the number of complimentary laundry bags specified at signup (one-time offer only).
Cancellation of a subscription plan must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Quick Spin Plus Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to repeated missed pickups, inappropriate behavior toward staff, or violation of our terms.
For health and safety, drivers are prohibited from smoking in vehicles during work hours. Any violation may result in termination of contract.
Drivers must follow all safety protocols, respect customer privacy, and refrain from entering customer homes.
Quick Spin Plus Inc. is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen operational issues. We will communicate promptly if there are any expected disruptions to service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that laundry does not contain hazardous items (e.g., needles, chemicals, batteries). Items found will be discarded.
Quick Spin Plus Inc. is not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.).
